Marivel Fortenberry, Founder of Native Roots Title, has been an agency owner and member of Leadership Teams in Title for more than 16 years. Native Roots Title is the culmination of knowledge and best practices from these roles and teams across Texas.

Ms. Fortenberry’s experience in leadership and practical know-how comes from owning and operating a title company, a property management company, and managing a real estate law firm. She has worked in various roles in the title industry, including operations, management, and as a senior escrow officer in residential and commercial transactions. In this capacity, she has successfully led major initiatives in day-to-day oversight in office management ad the implementation of compliance protocols with the Texas Department of Insurance’s policies and procedures standards.

OPERATIONS LEAD

Hailey serves as our Operations Lead, overseeing the systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes coordination that keep every transaction running smoothly. Having grown up immersed in the day-to-day operations of a title company, she brings a deep understanding of the industry paired with a sharp eye for detail. Beyond operations, Hailey plays a key role in shaping our brand and marketing efforts, ensuring that both our internal workflows and outward presence reflect the high level of service we provide. Her ability to blend strategy, organization, and creativity elevates the closing experience from start to finish.

SENIOR ESCROW OFFICER

With 9 years of title experience in Texas, Senior Escrow Officer Alexandra Gall combines industry knowledge with genuine, people-first service. She guides clients through the closing process with clarity and confidence, and is known for her responsiveness, diligence, and ability to keep every transaction moving forward effortlessly.

As the Relationship Partner Representative for Native Roots Title, Michaela is committed to fostering strong partnerships and enhancing the overall client experience. With a foundation in P&C insurance, Michaela brings professionalism, empathy, and clear communication to ensure each partner feels informed, supported, and connected.

GENERAL COUNSEL

Ezekiel “Zeke” Dumke IV joined Native Roots Title as General Counsel with a career marked by success in leading strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Well-versed in serving as key advisor to C-Suite executives and providing legal guidance to execute on the company’s vision, goals, and growth plans, Zeke is enthusiastic to work with the Native Roots TItle leadership.

Having relocated to Austin in 2015 to lead a mortgage-backed impact investment strategy, Zeke and his three children have made Austin home. His career in law has included IP litigation, investment banking, venture capital, and developing and managing commercial real estate through the Intermountain West.
